UTC – Rockdale

Last weekend was one of those nights that remind me why community is so important. I got to spend a beautiful evening with my cellgroup friends, sharing not just food, but also laughter, stories, and encouragement.

We gathered at Sarah’s place (her living room now feels like our second home!) and started the night with prayer before moving on to the best part: the food table.

🍴 The Menu

  • Homemade Fried Rice – simple, warm, and perfect for feeding a crowd.
  • Chicken Wings – sticky, sweet, and a little spicy. We had to fight for the last piece.
  • Fresh Garden Salad – because someone had to balance all that fried goodness!
  • Chocolate Brownies – fudgy and rich, the perfect ending.

The room was filled with conversations—some serious, some hilarious—and I couldn’t help but feel grateful for having this little family in my life. We even ended the night singing together, which made everything feel extra special.

💡 Food Photo Ideas for the Post

  • A flat lay of the full dinner table (plates, drinks, laughter in the background).
  • A close-up of the chicken wings (glazed and shiny).
  • A group shot holding plates, smiling at the camera.
  • Dessert moment: a plate with a brownie and maybe a fork halfway in.
  • Candids of people serving food or passing dishes across the table.

I left the gathering with a full stomach, a happy heart, and a reminder that faith grows stronger when shared. Can’t wait for the next one!
